Drunvalo has condensed the foundation information into a two video facilitation, which is viewed during this experimental transformation of inner self. The information and experiences in the workshop provide the support one needs in understaning the meditation process more fully and the relationships to sacred geometry.

Participants are guided through meditation: using breath, mudras and visualization…into heart opening exercises, supporting realms that create a deep remembering and reestablishing of specific energy fields around the physical body. These fields are known as the Mer Ka Ba. Activities include learning the Mer Ka Ba and Unity Breath meditations, the conscious creating process of thought, group interactions, re-connecting to nature, merging with higher self, and emotional body realignments.
